2008 Gathering and Games

Fairgrounds camping for the Caledonian Club Games opens at 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 29th, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK EARLY ARRIVALS

Registration Procedures

• An advance deposit for the first night of your reservation will be required. Your reservation will not be completed until the deposit has been received. In order for this policy to operate smoothly, the last day that reservations will be accepted by mail is four weeks before the Games, August 3, 2008.  

• The deposit will not be refundable unless you have notified us in advance of a change in your arrival night. 

• If you do not arrive for the 1st night of your reservation and haven't notified us in advance, your space may be reassigned if needed. 

• If you make a reservation and do not come without notifying us in advance, you will forfeit your claim to that space for the following years. 

Prices will be as follows: 

• Full hookup –   (Paved lot by Green Gate)

• Car/Van/Pickup / Motor Home / Trailer Dry space* - $20/night (grass surface) 

• Dry space* at north side of Fairgrounds (20 x 50') - $20/night (grass surface) 

Additional notes: 

• You may make reservations for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday nights, except full hookup spaces must be a minimum of 2 nights .

• Certain rows in the grass area will be reserved for Motor Homes/Trailers over 22 feet long.   

• Please advise Sue Palm by telephone at 707-765-2209 prior to August 25th if your plans change. 

• When you arrive at the Fairgrounds, please check in at the CAMPING OFFICE. Enter the Fairgrounds at Gate 12 on Valley Drive and follow the signs to CAMPING.

• Open flame fires and fireworks are prohibited at all times by the Fire Department. Charcoal in a metal BBQ may be used.

• Please note that showers will close at 9 AM each morning and may not be available after midnight Sunday. 

• You must leave the grounds not later than 10:00 AM on Monday.
