For the wee bairns to enjoy themselves and learn about their Scottish Heritage.
Celebrating our 14th year of providing a safe family environment for your children
Not a tot lot to park the kids, this area is for children of all ages to learn the concepts of Scottish Games: competition and fun. Designed and maintained entirely by the families of five our members (the Dahnkens and the Allans) at the behest of then Chief Jack Scott on our move to Pleasanton in 1994. The group travelled to the Sacramento Games that year and learned what they could. Their efforts and creativity have been so productive that people have travelled from all over the country to see how they do it. As with other aspects of our Games, "Pleasanton" seems to be the watchword.
Having done their part for these 12 years, the Dahnkens and Allans will be here for 2006 as advisors to the new chairman, Charlie McKinvin, a past Club 3rd Chieftain (Secretary).
Credit must be given here to long-time faithful helpers, the members and parents of Boy Scout Troop 911.
